He is survived by: his wife Paula Foltin of Streator; his daughters, Carey Osland (Jason) of Streator and Amber Kauth (Brad) of Streator; his stepchildren, Michelle McKibbin (Josh) of Streator, Bart Wolfe (Heather) of Streator and Johnnie Wolfe of Streator; his brother Mike Foltin (Jeanene) of Streator; and his pet Nibby.
