He was predeceased by: his parents, Lysle J. Willey and Pauline Willey (Logsdon); his wife Marcelline "Marcy" Renn; and his sister Jean Winkler Thomas. He is survived by: his grandsons, Jeremy Fechter, Trey Ragusa and Jared Dippel; his children, Susan Vickers (Brian), Barbara Brennan (Robert D.), Catherine Sullivan (Larry), Polly Ragusa (Terry) and Marc Willey of Streator; his grandchildren, Derek, David Henrichsmeyer, Beckie Dippel (Jared), Bob Brennan (Lainee), Nacole Fechter (Jeremy), Ricky Ashley, Andrea Sullivan and Paige Ragusa; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Jacob Dippel, Hayden Ashley, Katelyn Fechter and Kason Brennan.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
