He was predeceased by: his parents, Mont Tremain and Dola Tremain (West); his son Michael Tremain; his great grandchildren, Chloe Broad, Aiden and Anna Belle Goode; his son-in-law Dr. James H. Seubold; and his siblings, Wayne Tremain, Cleo, Mona, Grace, Willie, Norma and Nadine.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Seubold of Plainfield, Linda Broad of Streator, Cathy Ann Skaggs of Streator and Dewayne Tremain of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Wayne, Stephanie, Amber, Heather and Kristin; and his sister Carol Riley of Kansas City, Missouri.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
