She was predeceased by: her parents, Erastus Votaw and Drusilla Votaw (Votaw); her husband Harold R. McHugh; her children, Henry McHugh and Audrey Shank; and her siblings, Tena Champion, Dora Peavler, Janie Schunk, Mayme Morrison, Anna Mae Beavers, Manville "Buck" Votaw, Reed Votaw, Ruby Stasko, Iva Mae Baldwin, Clara Votaw, Everett Votaw and Dwayne Votaw.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine DeBolt of Morton; her granddaughters, Sara Cosby (Brandon) of Morton and Rebecca Drake (Larry) of Washington; her great grandchildren, Emma, Kali, Micah, Cole, Talia, Aaron and Leora; and her great great grandchild Ava.
She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends, In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Park Presbyterian Church.
