He was predeceased by: his parents, John Danko and Emma Danko (Wargo); his son Louis R. Danko Jr.; and his brothers, John, Clarence "Tadpole" and Dennis Danko.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Zink (Paul) of Nicholasville, Joan Danko of Bloomington, Carolyn Abdnour (Mike) of Streator, Mary Traeger of Bloomington and Donna Danko of Bloomington. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
