She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jim Cherveny, Chuck Giacinto, David Dick, Mike Hagerty and D. J. Dick; her daughter Chrislette Cherveny (James) of Streator; her daughter-in-law Sharon Giacinto of Streator; her grandchildren, Charles "Chuck" Giacinto (Lynette) of Streator, Jennifer Dick (David) of Palatine, Luke Cherveny (Ellen), James Cherveny (Alyssa) of LaSalle and Susan Hagerty (Mike) of Oglesby; and her great grandchildren, Alexa, Matthew, Dani Giacinto and Rhiann.
