She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hjerpe and Katherine Hjerpe (Mason); her husband Lloyd Gaefcke; her sons-in-law, Terry Vogel and Jim Ligori; and her siblings, Katherine, Donna Hjerpe, Carole Nelson, Carl and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Ligori of Streator, Dan Gaefcke (Pam) of Ocala, FL, Sally Vogel of Streator and Anna Gernentz (Gary) of Normal; her grandchildren, Jimmy Ligori (Paula), Jeanette Clanton (Denny), Nathan Gaefcke, Trevor Gaefcke (Amber), Amanda, Melissa Melvin and Jillian Gernentz; her great grandchildren, Dalton (Jordan Smith), Parker Ligori, Annika, Elissa Hendrickson, Isobela, Taylor, Makenna Ratts, Brenden, Dawson Clanton and Clayton Gaefcke; her great great grandchild Mia Ligori; her sister Marsha Tutko (Mike) of Streator; and her brother-in-law Larry Nelson of Bartonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at noon at the church with social distancing being followed and masks being worn.
