She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. LePard and Barbara A. LePard (Reeser); her husband Terry Lee Carter; and her daughter Barbara Michelle Whiting. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Heather H. Vermilyea and Emily Mellos; her son-in-law Michael Whiting of Canada; and her siblings, Edward LePard Sr. (S. Carolina), Sarah LePard of Streator and Sally Wissen of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
