He was predeceased by: his parents, Allie Persinger and Lucille Persinger (Micheals); his wife Mary J. Libby; and his brothers, Jim and Dick Persinger.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Miller (Steven), Chasity Persinger (Leroy Persinger Jr.), Amanda Koetz (Russell) of Manville, Ashley Ahlfield (Joseph) of Grand Ridge, Brian Persinger (Michael Persinger) and Lisa VanWell (Debbie Moscote) of North Carolina; and his brother George Persinger of Springfield, TN.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Leroy's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
