He was predeceased by: his father John M. Majernik; his wife Michelle A. McClellan; his brother Ronald Majernik; and his son Christopher Majernik. He is survived by: his mother Anna V. Majernik (Hirkala) of Streator; his children, Nick Majernik (Cheng-Wei) of Bayard, NE and Jessica Hazen (Mark) of Scott Township, PA; his grandchildren, Yang-Yang and Sophie; and his brother John Majernik Jr. (Gen) of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
