He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Champlain and Geraldine Champlain (Brown); his son Rory; and his brother Rocky. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Tullos; his sons, Bob Conkle of Pontiac and Liam Champlain (Brittany Raifsnider) of Pontiac; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Kailey, Cole, Arya and Harvey; and his siblings, Ned Champlain (Marilyn) of Streator and Penny Gordon (Tom) of Minooka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
