He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Walkey and Hazel Walkey (Martin); and his brother Joseph "Joe" Walkey. He is survived by: his wife Katy Walkey of Streator; his children, John Walkey (Karen) of Streator, Kenneth Walkey of Streator and Mary Felgenhauer of Georgetown, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jordan, Josh and Johnathan; and his sister Helen Murtaugh.
