He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Gotch and Sue Gotch (Bakalar); his brother Richard; and his nephew Richard Kornas. He is survived by: his siblings, David Gotch (Pat) of Streator, Donald Gotch (Betsy) of Ocoee, FL, Judy Beckman of Wenona and Eileen Kornas (Jess) of Streator; and his sister-in-law Pam Gotch of Grand Rapids, MI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or a charity of the donors choice.
