He is survived by: his spouse Tracy Bales; his children, Timothy Vahl (Sunny) of Tallahassee, FL, Darryl Rissman of Mendota, Mark Rissman (Priscilla) of Earlville, Amy Rissman of Mendota, Tori Corbi (Tony) of Streator and Robert Baker (Kathy) of Streator; his siblings, Wayne Rissman (Doris), Dundee, Dick Rissman (Marsha) of Sheridan, Jim Rissman of Sheridan, Reid Rissman (Mary) of Dekalb and Kim Duffy (Kim) of Sheridan; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Bales (Vinnie) of Seneca, Tammy Handzus (Ed) of Streator and Tina Bales of Streator. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
