He is survived by: his wife Ruby "Missy" Lowe of Streator; his children, Craig Lowe (Kammy) of Streator, Michelle Lowe of Streator and Marcy Lowe-Essman (Brad Austin) of Streator; his grandchildren, Kalynn Martinez (Cristian) of Washington, Aaron Pletsch of Streator, Dylan Lowe of Urbana, Abby Essman of Long Point, Melissa Pletsch of Streator, Delana Essman of Long Point, Lacee Essman of Streator and Theron Essman of Long Point; his great grandchildren, Tristen Martinez of Washington, Iowa, Lyoto Martinez of Washington, Iowa and Theodore Martinez of Washington, Iowa; his stepgrandchildren, Cale Adams of Streator, Jacob Adams of Streator, Nicholas Adams of Streator and Abbey Adams of Streator; and his siblings, Cynthia Durando of Pekin, Darryl Lowe of Dayton, Jon Lowe (Nancy) of Ottawa and Marcella Rooney (Wally) of Corry, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
