She is survived by: her parents, Richard Bowman and Maureen Bowman (Wiemers) of Lebanon, TN; her husband Donald L. Melvin Jr.; her son Donald Melvin III of Streator; her grandchildren, Damien, Brantley and Dominic; her siblings, Michael Bowman (Julie) of Grand Ridge and Paige Scott (Greg) of Lebanon, TN; her mother-in-law Sandra Adamchak of Streator; and her siblings-in-law, Doug and Sandy Melvin of Streator. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
