She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Lazar and Catherine Lazar (Fahey); her husband Louis J. Demko; her son Jeffrey; and her brothers, John and Rudolph Lazar.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Louis Demko, Mark Allen Demko (Gina) and Kathleen Moore of Streator; her grandchildren, Jason Moore (Maria), Joshua Moore (Isabelle Racho), Susan Arndt (David), Sheri Kowalski (Ben), Sarah Rister (Philip Page) and Mark Demko Jr. (Sarah); and her siblings, Jamie Lazar of Chicago and Kathleen Dorsett of Ottawa. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
