It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Juanita M. Katcher (Streator, Illinois), who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Hart and Susie Hart (Ambrose); her husband Skip; her son-in-law Don Benckendorf; her brother Donald; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Hart, Raymond Evans and Herbert Cagley.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lacey Hulse (Ben), Casey Walker (Alex) and Andrew Katcher (Brooke); her great grandchildren, Benjamin II, Ava Hulse, Charlotte, Evelyn Walker, Baylor and Blake Katcher; and her siblings, Phyllis Cagley of Flanagan and Darrell Hart of Ottawa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Winterrowd-Hagi Funeral Home (305 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Parish Church (407 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the St. Stephen's Cemetery E Main.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Woodland Education Foundation or to a charity of the donors choice.
