He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Isabel Secundino Santos and Elvira Martinez Estrada; and his siblings, Angel, Cirilo Secundino Martinez and Juanita Secundino Martinez.

He is survived by: his wife Gudelia Hernandez; his children, Javier Secundino Hernandez, Marybel and Elvira Secundino; and his sister Tomasa Secundino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
