She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Moore and Betty Moore (Jason); her grandsons, James Barbour and Sean Ford; and her brothers, Richard, Kenny, Jerry and Charles Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Ford; her sons, Ronald Ford Jr. (N. Carolina), Chad Ford of Streator, Dwayne Ford (Carolina) and Robert Ford of Streator; her stepchildren, Ricky Ford, Tammy Ford and Carolina; and her sister Evelyn Moore of Ottawa. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
