He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Fay Murphy, Lawrence and Helen Mullen; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Summers.

He is survived by: his parents, Dana Mullen and Audrey Murphy of Streator; his sisters, Lisa Summers of St. Clairsville, OH and Michelle Mullen (Zachary McGuiggan) of Springfield, TN; his nieces and nephews, Jaden Summers, Kyrstyn Mullen (Alex Hamilton), Gaige Ash, Jordan Sauers and Conner Overton; his great-nephew Rhett Thomas Hamilton; and his close friend Cooperative Grain.

Memorials may be made to his family.
