He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pizzolato and Josephine Pizzolato (Cravatta); and his sister Rosemary Hersheway. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Pizzolato of Normal and Chaz Pizzolato of Streator. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
