He is survived by: his wife Terry Smith of Streator; his children, Charissa Smith of Streator and Sean Smith of Tiffin, OH; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Smith of Spring Valley, Dallas Smith (Rachel) of Grant Park, Evan Smith of Tennessee, Zachary Smith of Streator, Ransom Akin of Streator and Mary Smith of Cornell; his great grandchildren, Grayson Smith and Kane Smith; and his sister Linda Cook of Streator.
