John W. Stevens Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 77, John W. Stevens of Streator, Illinois, born in Greenfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stevens and Dorothy Stevens (Cummings); his sisters, Dawn Middleton and Rita Rae Lamb; and his niece Reggie Vance.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stevens of Streator; his children, Cari Dudenhoeffer (John) of Affton, Missouri and Jon Stevens of Streator; his grandchildren, Logan, Noelle "Saury" Dudenhoeffer, Drew and Allison Stevens; and his nieces and nephews, Carol Stone, Linda Martin, Jeannie Lamb, Kim Teegardin, Kristie Connaro, James Lamb, Tony Middleton, Jason Middleton, Josh Middleton, Bob Teegardin and Mark Teegardin.
Memorials may be directed to the Streatorland Historical Society or the American Cancer Society.
