He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Spencer and Helen Spencer (Baum); his wife Sandra M. Grau; and his brothers, Thomas and Michael Spencer.
He is survived by: his nephews, Todd Spencer, Brent Spencer and Jim Warfield; his son Randy Spencer (Pam) of Streator; his grandchildren, Tyler Wright (Megan) of Streator, Trevon Spencer of Princeton and Jarrett Spencer of Streator; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Sophie and Bowen Wright.
Memorials may be directed tom the American Alzheimer's Association.
