Joan Gail Long Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Gail Long (Streator, Illinois), who passed away on November 7, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Redfern and Doris Redfern (Custis); and her husband Richard Long. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Long (Bob Hill) of Peoria and Deborah Thomas (Jim) of Streator; her grandchildren, Courtney Thomas (Jake Walker), Jessica Thomas, Haylee Thomas (Jarred Kress), Pierce and Zoey Hill; her great grandchildren, Cade, Lucas, Levi, Chase and Tysen; and her sister Donna Berge (Bill) of Cornell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Long Point Fire Department.
