Joan Marie Foltin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Marie Foltin of Streator, Illinois, who passed away on March 24, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Urbance and Rose Urbance (Capponi); her son Mark Foltin; and her siblings, Louis Urbance and Dorothy Guy.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Olivas (Francisco) of Aurora; and her sister Kathryn Chalkey of Streator. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
