She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hambrick and Thelma Hambrick (Hemmings); her husband Eugene Crouch; her sons, Michael and David Crouch; and her brother Jerry Hambrick.
She is survived by: her grandson Gaylan Koester Crouch; her stepdaughter Jacque Hozie; her stepgranddaughter Julie Denney; her sister Donna Cobb; and her sister-in-law Juanita Hambrick. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
