She is survived by: her grandson Cameron Groesbeck; her son-in-law Jeff Groesbeck; her husband Allen Schmitt; her children, Dawn Groesbeck (Jeff) and Doug Schmitt (Becky); her grandchildren, Dylan, Justin, Nora Groesbeck and Ella Schmitt; her great grandchildren, Chrissy, Dawson Groesbeck and Kendall Draper; her siblings, Dean Salz of Streator and Phyllis Cate (Doug) of Tonica; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Wolf of Skokie, Ron Schmitt (Ruth) of Woodstock and Sheila Burnette (Jeff) of Elgin.
