She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burns and Marie Burns (Blank); her husband Elmer Kruger of Anthony's Church; and her sons, Randy and Rob.

She is survived by: her son James Kruger (Jennifer) of Ransom; her granddaughter Sarah Angelico (Josh) of Streator; her stepgranddaughter Hali; and her great grandchildren, Chelse, Jordan, Zoey and Brantley.
