It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Kling of Streator, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 28, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell O. Kling and Marian Kling (Flescher); his daughter Amber Brooks Kling; and his brothers, James and Robert Kling.

He is survived by: his son Jeremy Adams (Jessica) of Streator; his brothers-in-law, Dave and Dale Rieck (Jeff Henne); his wife Debra Rieck; his sons, Cory Kling (Sandra Davis) of Streator and Micah Joel Kling of Streator; his grandchildren, Marley Adams, Hazel and Carson Kling; and his brother Michael T. Kling of Olathe, KS..

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
