She was predeceased by: her parents, James Glass and Carol Glass (Grundal); her sister Carol Beneventi; and her nephews, Greg and Jerry Beneventi.
She is survived by: her sons, David Birins (Jennifer) of Fitchburg and Dan Birins of Streator, Illinois; her grandchildren, Noah, Cameron, Jack and Myles; her brother-in-law Don Beneventi of Granger, Iowa; her nephews, Mike Beneventi of Ankeny and Dan Beneventi of Granger; her niece Teri Mayfield (Bob) of Grimes; and her pet Mandy. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
