He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Siefert and Eva Siefert (Meyer); and his brother Charles Adrian Siefert. He is survived by: his sons, David Michael Siefert Sr. of Pontiac and John Edward Siefert of Streator; his siblings, Patricia Mueller of Dillsboro, IN and Robert Siefert of Aurora, IN; his nieces and nephews, Craig Siefert, Jason Riggs, Cathy Montondo and Bobbi Jo Siefert; and his brothers-in-law, Bud Eckhart of Arizona and John Eckhart of California. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
