He is survived by: his wife Dianne Dzurisin of Streator; his sons, Kirk Dzurisin of Cedar Rapids and Dave Dzurisin of Zionsville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Margaret Dzurisin of San Antonio, Abby Siegwarth (Nick) of Zionsville, Hayden Dzurisin of East Troy, Molly Dzurisin of Zionsville, Weston Dzurisin of Palatine and Eliza Dzurisin of Davenport, Iowa; and his brothers, Robert Dzurisin of Homer Glen and Jack Dzurison (Karyn) of Streator. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
