He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sandy and Virginia Sandy (Hayes). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sandy of Streator; his children, Shelly Parker of Greenwood, Arkasas and Perry Sandy of Texas; and his siblings, Robert Sandy (Diane) of Streator, Carol Duvall (Terry) of Mountain Home, Sandra Dickman of Lakeside and Janet Pierson (James) of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
