He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ward and Georgene Ward (Wright); his parents-in-law, Jack and Jean Clayton; his siblings-in-law, Sally Sidwell and Dennis Younglove; and his nephew J. C. Clayton.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Ward of Streator; his siblings, Bob Ward of Streator and Michelle Younglove of Troy Grove; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Ragusa (Chuck) of Streator and Jack Clayton (Sandy) of Coal City; and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Jessica, Jeff and Stacy.
