Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gloria Jean Hobbs of Streator, Illinois, born in Harmon, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 95, on June 3, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy A. and Anna W. (Onken) of Essex, IL.; her sons, Darrell Hobbs and Kendell Hobbs; her daughter-in-law Lori Hobbs; her grandchildren, Connie Harms and William Hobbs (Bill); and her siblings, Gilbert Essex, Clifford Essex, Hanna Echelbarger and Bernice Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Hobbs (Deb) of New Bern, NC, Mitchell Hobbs (Carol Pratt) of Varna, IL, Terrell Hobbs of Mazon, IL and Jannell McMullen of Mazon, IL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren plus one on the way. and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Moose Heart or Lightways Hospice.
