He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weston Gallup and Rosa Lee Gallup (Henson); his siblings, Joy Keith, John and Steve Gallup; and his pet Mikke.
He is survived by: his wife Heidi Renee Gallup (Chrisman); his children, Joshua Gallup (Jessica) of New London, Ashley Applebee (Larry) of Grand Ridge, Emily Johnson (Dalton Schindler) of Cedar Rapids and Jacob Hicks of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Mykenzie, Hailee, Madison Applebee and Jaxson Gallup; his sister Vivian Breckenridge; his close friends, Randy Carver (Sherry) and Jason Fiedler; and his pet Milo. He is also survived by family; in-laws; copious amounts of nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Illinois Valley Brain Injury Clubhouse in Streator.
