He is survived by: his sons, Allen Alexander of Streator, Cory Alexander of Streator, Bradley Alexander of Streator and Frank Schmitz III (Rhonda Schmitz) of Streator; and his siblings, Georgia Schmitz of Streator, Jeanna Damron (George) of Naplate and Darrin Schmitz (Tara) of Ottawa. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
