He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jurcak and Lois Jurcak (Nichols); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Ruth. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Ann Chismarick of Streator; his sons, Frank Jurcak (Debbie) of Aurora and Thomas Jurcak of Sugar Grove; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Arianna, Brock and Ella Grace Jurcak; his sisters, Lois Ruth of Streator and Shirley Henning (Gary) of New Hampshire; his nephew Jason Henning (Cassena) of Kansas; his cousin Bill Stalter (Lori) of Midlothian; and his godchildren, Grace, Ashley Walls and Jamie Palaschak.
Due to the recent State guidelines set in place regarding the Covid-19 Coronavirus, the Funeral services will be private.
Memorials may be directed to Transitions Hospice or St. Michael the Archangel Church.
