He was predeceased by: his daughter Arriyana. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Carter Sr. (Villarreal) of Streator; his children, Krystal Cook of Streator, Destyna Carter of Texas and Frank Carter Jr. of Texas; his stepdaughter Alicia Escobedo (Sarah Scarbeary) of Streator; his grandchildren, Kylie, Davin, Kiera and Kingston; his father John Carter Sr. (Edna) of Normal; and his brothers, John Carter Jr. of Streator and David Carter (Mary) of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Winterrowd-Hagi Funeral Home (305 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
