It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn M. Palko of Streator, Illinois, born in Ancona, Illinois, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Palko and Anna Palko (Krazcanko); her siblings, Mary Ann Palko, Irene McIntosh, Ann Salz and Andrew Palko; and her nephews, Scott McIntosh and Mike Palko.
She is survived by: her sister Theresa Dever of Lousiville, Kentucky; her sister-in-law Elaine Palko of Streator; and her nieces and nephews, Mark Dever (Liz) of Louisville, Matt Dever (Kelli) of Oxnard, Vicki Palko of Streator, Judy Palko (Bob Boston) of Des Moines, Greg Palko (Connie) of Fairfax, Pam Sawyer (Sid) of Sydney, Karen Grevemberg (Mike Belcher) of Baton Rouge and William Salz of Streator.
Because of the pandemic, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held.
Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
