It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Redd (Streator, Illinois), born in Pana, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sphar and Ellen Sphar (Sminchak); her spouse Francis "Frank" Redd; her son Michael; and her brother Robert Sphar.
She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Hamann; her children, Kenneth Hamann (Charlene) of Streator, Melanie Ainsley (Larry Gillman) of Streator and Larry Hamann of Thompson; and her sister Helen Holz (Herb) of Streator. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in her name to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
