She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew and Mary Berta Sr. (Pohlod); her spouse Gaylert "Gay" Potthoff; and her siblings, Annie Berta, Irene Wudtke, Bobby, Richard Berta, John and Andrew Berta.
She is survived by: her children, Gaylert "Norm" Potthoff (Rose Anne) of Streator and Joy Potthoff of Minonk; her grandchildren, Troy Potthoff (Jeni) of Sinking Spring and Trisha Pshak (Tom) of Denver, Colorado; her great grandchildren, Jordan Unger (Jordan), Madison Potthoff, Oliver, Camille and Heidi Pshak; and her great great grandchild Cooper Unger.
Memorials may be directed to the Zion Lutheran Church in Wenona or to the charity of the donor's choice.
