She was predeceased by: her brother John; and her grandparents, David, Maxine Lahman, Edward, Emma Pavlick and Bailey.
She is survived by: her parents, George Pavlick and Evelyn "Joanne" Pavlick (Lahman); her brothers, David Pavlick (Tammy) of Streator and Richard Pavlick of Streator; her nephew David Pavlick (Rae) of LaGrange Park; her sisters, Dena, Melissa, Lisa, Jennifer and Mary Kay; and her friend Sherry Salaz.
