With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas J. Spraggon of Streator, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2024 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Douglas' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Douglas has bequeathed us. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Spraggon and Betty Spraggon (Sullivan); his uncle Thomas Spraggon; and his aunt Karen Spraggon. He is survived by: his son Zachariah Spraggon of Pensacola, Florida; his siblings, Laura Beth Spraggon of Streator and Jeff Spraggon (Michelle) of Tomahawk, Wisconsin; his aunts, Laura Sue Danko (Robert) of Streator and Peggy DeVita of Villa Park; his brother Jim Spraggon (Kim) of Streator; his niece Caitlin Spraggon (Tim) of Milwaukee, WI; and his nephew Jeffery Spraggon (Melissa) of Pewaukee, WI.
