Phillips of Streator, Illinois, born in Owensville, Missouri, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Phillips and Nellie Richardson Phillips; and his daughter Connie Lorance. He is survived by: his children, Ray Philips of Mackville, KY, Karen Phillips and Sharon Modro (Steve) of Roanoke.
