She was predeceased by: her parents, James Swain and Lucille Swain (Ondek); her nephew Christopher Pollett; her parents-in-law, Richard and Betty Pouk; and her brothers-in-law, Dave and Tom Pouk.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Pouk of Streator; her children, Kristin Pouk of Streator and Justin Pouk (Kara Branz) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and her sisters, Jane Soltis (John) of Streator and Cheryl Pollett (Ralph) of Watauga, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
