She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Smith (Charlie) of Streator; her granddaughter Ashley "Sis" Smith; her great grandchildren, Liana Scott and Aleighya Alexander; her sisters, Cheryl Osland (Larry) of Streator and Sue Leonard (Rodney) of Streator; and her nieces, Tonya Lewis, Angie Thies (Jason) and Jackie Leonard (Justin Crow).
