With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Paul Pellegrine of Streator, Illinois, born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on August 12, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pellegrine and Dorothy Pellegrine (Giza); his great grandchild Douglas Smith III; his siblings, Lawrence and Darlene Hall; and his former wife Carol Pellegrine.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Smith (Amanda) of Ottawa and Brady Smith (Tracy) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Ashley, Deana, Dougie, Brady Jr., Cody and Ben; his brothers, Gary Pellegrine (Susan) of Tennessee and David Pellegrine (Cricket) of Montgomery; his nieces, Caitlin Pellegrine, Amy Cordes (Kyle), Emily Hall and Stephanie Schuster; his nephew Jacob Pellegrine; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer McCormick. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
